I just wanted to drop you all a line and tell you how much I appreciate willingness to help my daughter with her A/C when the warranty company was dragging their heels. The professional and prompt service was refreshing after the cold shoulder we were getting from everyone else. Thank to you – they finally did their job – on a Sunday. I’m sorry if it seemed we were giving you the runaround – our hands were tied because of the property manager.
