We’ve got three maintenance contracts with Norfolk Air. We are able to set up all 3 homes to be done in one afternoon. Shaun was polite, thorough and gave clear explanations on all three furnaces and heat pumps. Highly recommend. Thank you.Btw, this should count for fifteen stars as google only allows one post per company.

Had Norfolk cooling and air come out because my ac was not working. Got an appointment the day I called and Troy came out and walked me threw what could be wrong, the tears he was running and how he planned to fix it. He was so helpful and professional!

Beware of their service agreement. This company is decent enough for punctuality and professionalism, but they are over priced (we’ve gotten several quotes from other companies to test this, including an HVAC replacement that was 4000 less, (and they did a fantastic job). Their $52/month service agreement is definitely a “read the fine print” contract. When you realize they are overpriced, they make you pay them back any “discounts” before you are able to cancel their services. (And when you get a $180 estimate to replace a toilet flapper, the discount doesn’t help you sleep better) Therefore, you are stuck with them whether you like it or not.Overall, I’ll be careful not to accrue anymore “discounts,” keep paying the $52 until our year runs out, and look elsewhere for services.

These guys are fantastic! They are extremely professional and thorough. We needed a full panel replacement, and all of our outlets and switches checked because we have an old home. They were efficient and explained everything along the way. They also gave us a lot of options and we never felt like they were pushing us towards the most expensive one. They were amazing to work with. Our team was Wes, Barry and Jackson.

I had an emergency plumbing issue in the crawlspace on Monday. Norfolk Air sent their technician, Ricky. He came to the house, evaluated the issue and finished the job within a couple of hours. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely use Norfolk Air again for any plumbing needs...

The plumber Kyle was amazing today with his research. Both plumbers were knowledgeable and respectful. They went over and beyond. I thought it was a hot water tank issue. They found it was electrical. They made sure I had someone coming same day. The electrician Barry was amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and respectful. He worked efficiently and left the residence with a safe and working hot water heater. Any future problems Norfolk Air will be receiving my calls. Thank you so much for all your help!

I've been using Norfolk Air Heat Cooling Plumbing Services for over 32 years, at the condo in Virginia Beach, VA.On this occasion I met Chuck who was a Technician and he was able to assess a Smartleak System will prevent any future water leaks or crisis by shutting down the main, and Draining off a hot water heater into the main drain. This is kind of a major job but the leak smart system is the way to go especially if you live in a condo on the third floor this system will shut down your water main once the sensors that are tied into your Wi-Fi and your phone can monitor a detection.Norfolk air sent me an estimates I agreed to do the job and lo and behold I had a leak coming out of one of my condensation lines in the system of the AC.I immediately called them they came that day and they sent service person to correct job the same days prop service.

The Grinch came and tried to ruin our holiday with a backed up sewer line this morning. (we have a 120 year old house with tree roots that sometimes become problematic ) With a full house of 6 home for the holidays, we had a true plumbing emergency. Thankfully, our technician Charles and his assistant Aren arrived within 2.5 hours of our Saturday morning desperation call! They were extremely thorough, professional and kind, fixing things quickly and also checking for any extraneous problems. Highly recommend this crew and this company.

Just had a great experience with Air Specialty. My furnace went out on a Friday and after calling several other companie no one had availability until the following week. I called Air Specialty and they got a technician right to my house to quickly diagnose the problem same day! While I waited on parts all the people I spoke to over the phone were very transparent and helpful. Shout out to our technician Lee who was very personable and knowledgeable! Seriously considering using their maintenance plan to prevent any further problems. Thank you guys so much!

My wife and I drove down from Maryland for the weekend and had an appointment with Norfolk Air Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing to fix a part on the outside unit. Damian Arnold came to my house to repair my HVAC heating system on Sunday at no extra charge for a weekend repair. Damian was courteous, expeditious in his work to determine the problem, was extremely knowledgeable and so very pleasant. Justin and the crew were instrumental in getting our gas powder coat oven back up and running. I called several hvac companies and few were open to work on or had knowledge of gas ovens but Norfolk Air was up to the task.

Justin stopped by on time to replace a part on our air handler. He was in and out in about 20 minutes. AC is great so far. Thanks again for the good service.Once again, we were sent a very good tech to service our system. He was courteous, timely, and offered advice. Very happy with his effort.

We had the most amazing service with Norfolk Air, Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical! Jesse was our technician along with another gentleman whose name I can’t remember. We had no working toilets or plumbing and a bad clog in our pipes that they spent hours clearing on a Sunday evening! They worked late into the night in our crawl space to ensure we had working plumbing that night! This was so important to us as I am currently 27 weeks pregnant and we have a potty training toddler. They worked so efficiently and really cared about making sure the job was done right. They were incredibly respectful of our home and were so polite and professional. I honestly could go on for so long about how amazing they were and how appreciative we are of them! We are so thankful they are the crew that showed up to help us this past weekend!Additional Review:Though Jesse and Darrion did amazing work, we soon discovered that there was a more serious issue with our pipes. Unfortunately, we had a broken sewage pipe under our back deck that also had significant amount of tree roots growing in it. My husband took apart our back deck and dug down to the pipes. Kyle was out a few days later to replace our damaged and compromised section of piping. This has been extremely trying just before the holidays and we are so glad we had such an amazing company come to our rescue! We are thankful for the hard work of all of the technicians and their commitment and hard work in helping to give us functioning plumbing again! Thank you!

NO HEAT FOR 3 DAYS (and counting)!!!!!! I am appaleed at the 5 stars for this scamming company. Do not book with them. Their workers are extremely rude and have attitudes when you ask them to do the work correctly. They will put your home in danger of fires or being without heat due to their purposeful negligence. They are not honest and do not care about their customers. We purchased a new AC system costing thousands of dollars they installed it incorrectly and keep charging us to fix it. We have been without heat now for 3 days! They could care less and they want to charge us anougher 3,000 to fix the boiler. Shameful company. Thank you for causing my family to be without heat in the dead of winter and not caring at all to fix it. We will never book with this sorry scamming company again!

We had an awful experience with another plumbing company and was without HOT water for 15days. Eric came and assessed us on a Monday and our new water heater was installed on a Wednesday right before Thanksgiving!He was Friendly knowledgeable and provided us great service.

Had to replace a toilet and Henry and Travis were sent out within three hours of my request for service. Henry and Travis did an excellent job of removing the old toilet and installing the new one. They cleaned up nicely and were friendly. The lady who took my call also was friendly. This is an excellent company I use for plumbing, electrical, gas, heating and air conditioning. UPDATE: I noted a small leak from the tank of the new toilet and emailed Norfolk Air. Henry and Travis responded in less than two hours (on a Saturday!) and tightened the fittings. Can't ask for better service. CONTINUED: I had a leak for a different toilet. At my request on a weekend, Travis called within two hours and came by the same day to repair the leak. Again- excellent service! Added 10/14/19: A new technician performed our regular, twice-a-year service. Emanuel was a pleasant, knowledgeable young man. Besides checking the heating system for the winter, Emanuel cleaned our humidifier, Great job, as usual! Update on 11/11/19: Doing some renovation and had to redirect a gas valve. Henry came out as scheduled and did the job. Very pleasant and professional experience as usual. THIS IS ONE WELL-RUN COMPANY! Update: 9/18/20- Had biannual inspection by Cassidy. Fine young man. Everything is working well- both heating and cooling. This is good insurance to have these inspections. Update August 27th 2022. Jake came out to repair our air conditioner that stopped working. One of the drains had locked up. Very happy with his coming out within an hour and his friendliness and good advice. New service Nov.2022 with clogged sink. John replaced sagging pipes under the house and cleared a mass of built up grease with Marvin's help. Difficult job completed to my satisfaction. New post November 2004. At a plumbing problem and called Norfolk Air, in Jerome came out in 1 hour. Jerome was a fine, pleasant, informative young man and took care of the problem. I've had a recurring issue with my almost 3 year old hvac, so I decided to call Norfolk Air to verify if faulty electrical in my home was the root of the problem. I also had a surge protector installed. Mr. Barry Haley was very polite, professional, and informative. He answered all of my questions without hesitation. I liked that he explained price options and did not just hand me the most expensive quote. He cleaned up when the work was done. He even gave my needy dog some attention. I have to add that the ladies that I spoke with for appointment scheduling were also very polite and informative. I feel that these employees went above and beyond. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Called in for a new HVAC system that was installed in July. First time we turned on the heat, it did not work. Called on Sunday morning at 0800 and a technician was there in less than 2 hours. The thermostat had failed. Although frustrated that our new system did not work- the service for recovery was excellent.
