Had to replace a toilet and Henry and Travis were sent out within three hours of my request for service. Henry and Travis did an excellent job of removing the old toilet and installing the new one. They cleaned up nicely and were friendly. The lady who took my call also was friendly. This is an excellent company I use for plumbing, electrical, gas, heating and air conditioning. UPDATE: I noted a small leak from the tank of the new toilet and emailed Norfolk Air. Henry and Travis responded in less than two hours (on a Saturday!) and tightened the fittings. Can't ask for better service. CONTINUED: I had a leak for a different toilet. At my request on a weekend, Travis called within two hours and came by the same day to repair the leak. Again- excellent service! Added 10/14/19: A new technician performed our regular, twice-a-year service. Emanuel was a pleasant, knowledgeable young man. Besides checking the heating system for the winter, Emanuel cleaned our humidifier, Great job, as usual! Update on 11/11/19: Doing some renovation and had to redirect a gas valve. Henry came out as scheduled and did the job. Very pleasant and professional experience as usual. THIS IS ONE WELL-RUN COMPANY! Update: 9/18/20- Had biannual inspection by Cassidy. Fine young man. Everything is working well- both heating and cooling. This is good insurance to have these inspections. Update August 27th 2022. Jake came out to repair our air conditioner that stopped working. One of the drains had locked up. Very happy with his coming out within an hour and his friendliness and good advice. New service Nov.2022 with clogged sink. John replaced sagging pipes under the house and cleared a mass of built up grease with Marvin's help. Difficult job completed to my satisfaction. New post November 2004. At a plumbing problem and called Norfolk Air, in Jerome came out in 1 hour. Jerome was a fine, pleasant, informative young man and took care of the problem. I needed some plumbing work done under my kitchen sink. Eric and Will showed up promptly on time and worked very efficiently. If I have any plumbing issues in the future, I’m going to request these two gentleman by name. The professionalism displayed by these gentleman was highly impeccable!

Kyle is very professional and knowledgeable about plumbing. He was thorough in explaining issues and experienced in fixing them. Barry and his colleague were very knowledgeable and experienced in repairing the electrical issue I had. They were both friendly and conducted tasks with professionalism.

Good afternoon, well it is now thanks to Jerome. I am extremely old school and customer service is something I value and something that is very difficult to find these days. So therefore I was astonished when Jerome showed up on a Saturday, with not only the answers to our questions, but an amazing attitude, a smile on his face and a willingness to help solve our problem that day, not Monday but Saturday! He took it upon himself to contact our Property Manager to get the proper approval and the went and purchased the necessary material needed to solve our problem. Our problem was the fact our hot water upstairs would not shut off in our bath tub so we had to turn off the main there fore leaving us with no hot water. I never expected to have the problem solved on a Saturday, but Jerome was thorough, efficient and extremely professional. I work in the disaster relief business myself and was extremely impressed with his attentiveness to our situation. It was as if we were his family, that is how care for we felt. I can't say enough about how great our experience was with this young man. He was a wonderful representative for your company as well as his generation. Way to go Jerome, you are a notch above the rest.

My wife passed away, I have a lot of family coming for the funeral, and the heat goes up. The company sent Gordon to my house. He was great. Got the heat working go enough until he got parts. Two days later he returned and fixed it completely. Great company, great technician.

Eric was prompt on a late after hours call where water was streaming out of my ceiling. He called and walked me through shutting off the water main. He was professional and respected our home. He was calm and ensured he kept investigation mess to a minimum. He was methodical and able to determine the source and repair. Emergency was subsided within 3 hours of discovery. We had an after hours plumbing emergency and Norfolk Air was the ONLY company out of at least 5 that we called, that were able to help with our issue.Their technician's Jesse and Jerome were quick to respond and very knowledgeable in this area of expertise. Norfolk Air is definitely being saved as our go to for any future needs.

Barry and Jackson came and fixed some damaged wiring I had in the attic causing my ac heater unit not to work! I am very grateful that they came and fixed it right away, with this cold weather I needed it fixed asap! I highly recommend being a member of the norfolk Air heating and cooling.

I am not a happy customer! I had a bad experience from Norfolk Air Heating for plumbing.They charge a 89$ fee to come out to your place just to over charge you for a simple fix.I wanted the pipe under the sink to be fixed 30 min fix, just for him to wait in his car for more than an hour. Had to go to his vehicle, cancel, and had to pay 85$. He wanted 1,800$ for a simple. I did it myself for 43$ (parts at home depot). Took me 30min. The plastic tube was super cheap so I still don't know how it can cost 1800$. Glad I canceled.

We’ve got three maintenance contracts with Norfolk Air. We are able to set up all 3 homes to be done in one afternoon. Shaun was polite, thorough and gave clear explanations on all three furnaces and heat pumps. Highly recommend. Had Norfolk cooling and air come out because my ac was not working. Got an appointment the day I called and Troy came out and walked me threw what could be wrong, the tears he was running and how he planned to fix it. He was so helpful and professional!

Beware of their service agreement. This company is decent enough for punctuality and professionalism, but they are over priced (we’ve gotten several quotes from other companies to test this, including an HVAC replacement that was 4000 less, (and they did a fantastic job). Their $52/month service agreement is definitely a “read the fine print” contract. When you realize they are overpriced, they make you pay them back any “discounts” before you are able to cancel their services. (And when you get a $180 estimate to replace a toilet flapper, the discount doesn’t help you sleep better) Therefore, you are stuck with them whether you like it or not.Overall, I’ll be careful not to accrue anymore “discounts,” keep paying the $52 until our year runs out, and look elsewhere for services.

These guys are fantastic! They are extremely professional and thorough. We needed a full panel replacement, and all of our outlets and switches checked because we have an old home. They were efficient and explained everything along the way. They also gave us a lot of options and we never felt like they were pushing us towards the most expensive one. They were amazing to work with. Our team was Wes, Barry and Jackson.

I had an emergency plumbing issue in the crawlspace on Monday. Norfolk Air sent their technician, Ricky. He came to the house, evaluated the issue and finished the job within a couple of hours. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely use Norfolk Air again for any plumbing needs...

The plumber Kyle was amazing today with his research. Both plumbers were knowledgeable and respectful. They went over and beyond. I thought it was a hot water tank issue. They found it was electrical. They made sure I had someone coming same day. The electrician Barry was amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and respectful. He worked efficiently and left the residence with a safe and working hot water heater. Any future problems Norfolk Air will be receiving my calls. Thank you so much for all your help!

I've been using Norfolk Air Heat Cooling Plumbing Services for over 32 years, at the condo in Virginia Beach, VA.On this occasion I met Chuck who was a Technician and he was able to assess a Smartleak System will prevent any future water leaks or crisis by shutting down the main, and Draining off a hot water heater into the main drain. This is kind of a major job but the leak smart system is the way to go especially if you live in a condo on the third floor this system will shut down your water main once the sensors that are tied into your Wi-Fi and your phone can monitor a detection.Norfolk air sent me an estimates I agreed to do the job and lo and behold I had a leak coming out of one of my condensation lines in the system of the AC.I immediately called them they came that day and they sent service person to correct job the same days prop service.

The Grinch came and tried to ruin our holiday with a backed up sewer line this morning. (we have a 120 year old house with tree roots that sometimes become problematic ) With a full house of 6 home for the holidays, we had a true plumbing emergency. Thankfully, our technician Charles and his assistant Aren arrived within 2.5 hours of our Saturday morning desperation call! They were extremely thorough, professional and kind, fixing things quickly and also checking for any extraneous problems. Highly recommend this crew and this company.

Just had a great experience with Air Specialty. My furnace went out on a Friday and after calling several other companie no one had availability until the following week. I called Air Specialty and they got a technician right to my house to quickly diagnose the problem same day! While I waited on parts all the people I spoke to over the phone were very transparent and helpful. Shout out to our technician Lee who was very personable and knowledgeable! Seriously considering using their maintenance plan to prevent any further problems. Thank you guys so much!

My wife and I drove down from Maryland for the weekend and had an appointment with Norfolk Air Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing to fix a part on the outside unit.
